Howard Phoenix

Howard Phoenix has a lifelong background in advanced scuba diving and marine operations and has been with RPM Nautical Foundation since 2003. Howard has played a key role in every RPMNF project since then, acting as Dive Safety Officer and managing all deployed equipment. His responsibilities include keeping our critical systems, such as our ROV and associated computer systems, fully operational and state-of-the-art.
